You don't have to install Java 3D or to copy Java 3D DLLs, the ones coming with Sweet Home 3D being simply a copy of the official ones. I suspect that you run Sweet Home 3D with a 32 bit version of Java, or that you didn't set the right VM parameter in Eclipse.
