By the way, before opening a new bug report, then opening this thread and then writing to me without your project file, it would have been nice to read the FAQ Sweet Home 3D refuses to open a SH3D file I created, or opens it incorrectly. Is there a way to recover it?. The time spent on support given by volunteers is as precious as yours!
