Re: Kitchen layout advice Paul, As you already discovered, the best way to "build" your design is from the bottom up. First put the lower elements in place, than the upper ones. In the Modify furniture dialogue, pay attention to the check box Invisible, which allows you to put objects out of the way, without displacing them.
