...using the coordinates didn't work, they brought the furnitures somehow to another point far away from the point I wanted have it.
I just tried and the coordinates works fine. Remember that the coordinates shown on the rules are metres and the one entered on the properties dialog are centimetres, so if you look at the rules and see you want to move to 60,40 you should enter 6000,4000 on the dialog.
