Re: Making continues walls what am i doing wrong? Guessing from your picture and list of "errors", it could be that you are not aware that walls are measured from the centre point. This means you have to add or subtract half the wall thickness for each turn if you want to enter dimensions in the wall properties.However, as it appears you are working with indoor measurements, there may be an easier way of doing this: - Open an empty plan, - draw a ROOM (not wall, use the Room-tool) with the dimensions you want, - (if you need to, zoom in on each corner and use the SELECT tool to move the corner exactly where you want it), - set the correct wall thickness in PREFERENCES - now, use the WALL tool and double-click on the room, The wall should now fit snugly around the room, and your (indoor) measurements (and walls) should be correct. Or did I misunderstand your problem? ok |
