How to install a L shaped staircase I am working on a project which has two floors and is basically complete except for the staircase between the levels. The first floor perimeter walls are a template for the second floor perimeter walls. The guard wall around what would be the second floor L shaped opening is in perfect position. I have altered the stairs height to force the staircase through the second floor elevation. thinking that would punch a hole in the second floor, but no luck. I am trying to install a L Shaped Stairs 3ds model. The original model format was SKP, which I chose to export as 3ds using SketchUp. I could have or still can export as KMZ or dae. The model fits perfectly and at one time the top step was flush with the second floor, floor elevation, until I raised it about one step trying to punch a hole through the floor. I can easily reset if required. I hope I have provided enough information that a good friend on line could direct me to a successful conclusion. Thanking you in advance. Best regards, Ben :) |
