Re: Is it possible to use Sweet Home 3d to build a school? Not sure what you mean by tiny. That is just a question of scale used for drawing, or? But exporting to OBJ may be confusing when imported to other software. If I understand correctly, OBJ does not contain information about size or unit. Just the relative positions in the geometry. And if so, the software you use to import may interpret a model much smaller than the original SH3D file. SH3D may not have been designed primarily for large building construction. But there is nothing in the software to prevent you from drawing a big building, such as a school. IMHO it will - for most users - be much easier designing a school with SH3D than with Blender or Sketchup. BTW you may want to have a look at Sunlight simulation in a classroom. ok |
