I've made some changes to the design. I had also posted the other pictures to Facebook, and a friend had mentioned that it would be better if it had more square footage so that it might pass building code - to avoid fees or something like that. I've got it up to about 406 square feet; I don't know if this would meet minimum square footage in those places that require it, but I don't care anymore at this point.
So, here goes.

Just standing inside at the front door. I've got a wall-mounted AC/heater on the left, and some of the changes to the kitchen area (including the door to the pantry) can be seen.
