I did not invent the 'hot water'...
@ mirakels, here is the 'user manual' :
1. You choose your wall to place the opening.
2. You just place a door frame in the wall.
3. You set the glass door half open (or closed) in grey.
4. You reduce the depth (thickness) of this glass door in white and voila !
@miker777 : I used only free objects in zipped files on SH3D website.
