Thank you, bdfd; that was basically what I was thinking of doing for the top balcony but couldn't get the file to work for me very well due to its size. I was also wanting to have the middle section there all windows, making it almost into a closed-off balcony.
I'm just sad that the file is too big for me to continue working on it.
I hadn't been able to finish off the owner's suite (the back part of the main floor closed off from the lobby area), let alone do much more than add the front and rear staircases.----------------------------------------
