.... there's a lot's of designers like me here..... but you are the one and only.... 
And @bdfd hmmmm...Bruce Wayne... sounds good...maybe I will try to make some Bruce Wayne's style renders.....but we will see.... the size of this project with plenty of new trees and polygons in Thea is more than 3,5 GB now.... it is pretty tough for memory
And I want to continue with phase 3 or 4.... it looks like sweet home dream only
