Re: New models Remember the penal code revision that was delayed for years because of the old computer systems? Exactly! All necessary investments are postponed until they become so obviously unavoidable that even politicians can't fail to notice. There has been a police reform i Norway. Now criminal cases are not even properly investigated before they are dismissed. Even cases with a known perpetrator are dropped. All due to understaffing and lack of fundings.
