Hi bdfd thx for the comments, anything constructive is, as always, helpful. 1 The mid height cabinet is a one off, pull out cabinet, i had thought if it were too big it would be too heavy to pull and a risk tipping 2 It is a cold water dispenser which is actually part of the fridge freezer. 3 There is no faucet as there is no sink  thx again.
