Here is my answer with 2 solutions.
It is impossible to simply answer your request.
However, there are 2 solutions.
1. it is necessary to move back the arrival wall on the first floor (1) to hide the hole and add a box at the top and on the same level (2) as the last step height = 2500mm and thickness = 2950mm
2. the design of the stairs must be reviewed so that the clearance step is at the same level (seen from above) as the last step from the top.
In these 2 cases, the hole will disappear.
