What's Wrong With These Photos?
Hello.
First off, hats off to the developers... SH3D is an excellent program. It's so robust, yet simple to use. I've only been with it for a couple weeks now but love all the features. I have run into a couple of problems though when creating photos (refer to images below).

Image 1 was generated using Yafaray, Image 2 with the default engine. Both use the same basic settings (Size, Quality, Date/Time, Lens) but obviously VERY different results. Been trying to use 'recessed lights' but with mixed results.

Questions:
  • Why is one image so much darker than the other?
  • Why are my 'recessed lights' missing in Image 2?
  • How do I eliminate the 'sparkle' effect on the refrigerator, chairs and oven?
  • Is the 'speckling' near the top of the walls a common anomaly?
  • Any tips/suggestions for improving my lighting?

Thanks in advance!
