Sweet Home 3D fatal error on Microsoft Store version. The Microsoft Store version of Sweet Home 3D has stopped working. It produces the following error and quits: "Sweet Home 3D will exit now because of a fatal error in the 3D rendering system of your computer. Please update your DirectX/OpenGL drivers of your computer graphics card." I am on the latest AMD graphics drivers, which is AMD Radeon Adrenaline 21.4.1 I have noticed the FAQ covers this issue, but only on the free version of Sweet Home 3D, and only on Windows 7 or prior. This is because Microsoft's UWP (Universal Windows Platform) makes the program's executable and installation files inaccessible to the file explorer, so I cannot even enable 2D mode. It also only provides the 64-bit version. My system specifications follow: CPU: 6 core AMD Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: AMD/MSI Radeon RX 5500 XT with Radeon Adrenaline 21.4.1 RAM: 16 GB Are there any solutions to this problem on the Microsoft Store version? |
