To do the same with a wall just change the "usemtl wall*" lines in the obj file into "usemtl Glass" and do same with the mtl file as described in the post. Of course it's easier to just pick an already created Glass object but this way you will understand how it works. To match the glass with the shower you can export the shower and look in the generated shower mtl file of the shower how it's glass is defined. Just copy that to use as the "newmtl Glass" for your wall to turn it into the exact same glass. To import your edited object use the menu "furniture", "Import furniture". You really should take the advise hansmex gave and read the manual.
