Re: how to add column to a house Everything was fine until I tried to connect the walls, because they have different thickness, when connected (they are connected using the middle of the wall), so the way SH3D does is I'll have excess thickness on both sides, is there a way to have it only to one side? (meaning one side of the wall is leveled/smooth, and the other side has an indentation of a thicker wall? You don't have to join them, just make sure they touch so the textures display correctly. Joined walls are only useful for corners to display the textures without showing the end side of a wall and drag connected parts when you move one part of a wall. Touching the corner column already hides the end of the touching wall so there's no problem when you don't join them.---------------------------------------- Dodecagon.nl 1300+ 3D models, manuals, and projects |
