Or start with this one (much cheaper): https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/furniture/...ainless-steel-triple-sink From the looks of it it shouldn't be too difficult to create this yourself. There are multiple free models available with just the sink (without cabinet). Or find a sink with cabinet from the available free models, make everything invisible except the sink itself and then export it. Import the sink and copy it so you have three sinks. Creating the table and feet can be done by using boxes. Create the table top by adding boxes around the three sinks. You can use the same method to add the faucet(s).
