Re: Phantom floor (or is it roof or ceiling?) image hovers overhead Moire patterns are a result of fine detail and a lack of aliasing or anisotropic filtering. You shouldn't see any of that when you render at the higher quality levels, but in the 3D preview window (and possibly also the lower quality renders that are basically the same as the 3D view) it can be visible. Just ignore it, and don't expect the 3D preview to give finished quality output. |
