Re: Uninstall on Mac (Sonoma 14.2) morning, thanks for your input. It doesn't seem to matter whether I open the doc by double clicking or from the open file selection within SH3D, I get the same result. The file begins to open, spinning ball mouse icon, then after about 10 seconds SH3D hangs. Requiring a force quit. If I leave the force quit window open I can see that after about 10 seconds of opening these docs SH3D hangs. And as I mentioned SH3D runs perfectly and these files open no problem on the same Mac when I'm logged in as another user, so the only thing different would be preference files for my main log in (unless another app is causing a conflict, which is unlikely, but can't be ruled out). So I'm just trying to find a way to COMPLETELY uninstall SH3D, so there's no trace of it on my Mac and install it again afresh (I hadn't realised I didn't require Java when running the .dmg) thanks again |
