Re: 3D View "Display In Separate Window" Causes Hangs Thanks A.D.STUDIO! I've encountered the same problem even I'm under linux (debian) on both computers (at work and at home). Symptoms: SH3D don't start even with an empty file. Result in konsole: library initialization failed - unable to allocate file descriptor table - out of memorySolution for linux users found on the net: What fixed it was this command as root (su -) (sudo didn't do it): echo >/etc/security/limits.d/systemd.conf "* hard nofile 1048576"Then reboot.
