Re: 3D View "Display In Separate Window" Causes Hangs I was able to reproduce this issue by using the shortcut for Display in separate window / Display in main window menu items (Ctrl + Alt + Y) many times quickly. Andy, is it what you tried on your side? I found it wasn't a memory leak issue, but rather a problem of synchronization between separate / not separate state of the 3D view.
