Re: Circles on the water. You can't fix it with Sweet Home 3D but you can with Blender. I opened the model with Blender and it's a real mess. Almost every part must be moved to a correct position and the names of the parts don't make any sense. I'll give it a go and at the same time give each part its own material name. You were lucky that you could extract the water part because that is a separate group. All other parts are groups grouped into a single other group. Fortunately that can be exported into individual groups. From the look of it the only really interesting parts are the tub itself, the cushion, and the water. The faucets, controls, etc are nothing special.
