Each wall can have a different color or texture for the left and the right side. This color / texture is visible also at the top and the end for the half thickness of the wall.

As default the wall has neither a color nor a texture. To make the wall visible it is rendered with a light gray color.

You can place a box at the end of the wall. You need to resize it to the width and hight of the wall. The thickness of the box you can scale to e. g. 1 cm. Color the box in the same color as the wall.

Make a double click on the wall. In the dialog you can change the color of the top of the wall. The default Standard means that the color of the left and right side is used for half of the thickness.
