Re: Artificial-Intelligence-Inspired Homes After posting this house last night, something about the kitchen just didn't quite work in my mind. For one thing, there isn't any natural light coming in, and then there's the hallway between the kitchen and the dining area of the great room. In order to get this to work better, I've also moved the stairs closer to the front door, which also meant that I've had to move the door frame going into the living area of the great room. And, since I want to keep the double doors into the family room even with that door frame, I've moved those as well. Then there's the double doors into the sun room, which I also wanted to stay even with the other two, which I also moved. And because of the changes on the main level I've had to make a few changes to a few things on the top level. Here's what I have for the remodeled kitchen, with the changes. You can see that I don't have any lighting anywhere else, with how dark the dining area is as well as that little bit of the foyer. Another thing, although it's not directly about this house, but I'm currently in Florida using a laptop with a version of the software that I've downloaded only a small amount of the furniture libraries instead of robust furniture library I have on my home desktop computer at home in California. Because of this it's likely to take me longer to work on this house than usual because of having to download from the files I've saved on MediaFire from 3D Warehouse, as well as possibly downloading new furniture from 3D Warehouse. Once I've gotten more done to the house I'll share more pictures. ---------------------------------------- ![]() |
