wrosun, the current way to contribute new models is to post them in 3D Models Contributions Tracking System as suggested at the end of Import 3D models page.
Caution! I think trackers don't accept files bigger than 256 KB, but I'm sure you can reduce the size of that ist2_3816746-great-shiny-silver-or-tin-metal-foil-background-texture.jpg file you included in the TV you designed.
