Mathew, Can you be a bit more specific. - Which operating system do you have? - Which version of SH3D did you download? 3.0? - Do you get an error message? - Did you try to install SH3D again? And, no, you can't copy from the installed version to the online version. I just tried it. You can, however, copy between two installed versions. So maybe you can install SH3D again and check if you can save with the new program. You could try to use 3D view --> Export to OBJ format, but note that this saves the entire design as a model, so you can't change it anymore afterwards.
