Re: Wie kriegt man Schrägdachfensgter hin? Tom, Read that manual again... almost all the info is in it. Let me explain in shorthand: 1 - draw two walls at a 90 degree angle in the form of an A 2 - insert a window in one of the walls 3 - CopyAsNewFurniture 4 - Export as OBJ 5 - Import and rotate Voila, a roof with a window. To make it perfect you have to prepare your window: a - insert the desired window in an empty design b - Export as OBJ c - Import and rotate (so that it will fit correctly in the roof, once the roof is rotated to its final orientation) d - use this window in step 2 Note: the Velux windows in the Sketchup Warehouse often are rotated 45 degrees (or so). That may make it difficult to insert them in a wall/roof. Use any ordinary window and give it the correct Velux-size. Hans PS: If you want your V-server question answered, ask it again in the English forum. I'm not sure Emmanuel will answer it when in German. ---------------------------------------- Hans new website - under constuction hansdirkse.info |
