Re: windows 3D builder Difficult to help you without an error OBJ file. Could you share one or send it one to me? ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: windows 3D builder it seems that the problem arises as soon as you add colors to the model in 3D builder. A simple shape without color does not pose a problem and is imported without error into 3D sweethome. |

Re: windows 3D builder Thanks for your file. The OBJ file can't be read because it doesn't respect the OBJ format specifications. As it's a text format, you can check by yourself: lines starting by "v" are supposed to describe a vertex with the 3 values of its coordinates (and a possible 4th value used as a weight). In the file you sent, "v" lines are followed by 6 values, making it wrong. It will work if you remove the trailing 3 numbers of "v" lines. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: windows 3D builder I think you should rather use another tool or a different export format... ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
