Random triangles in ceiling - error in rendering Hi all! I have seen other posts about ghost triangles in ceilings, but I am still having an issue with this. My situation is this: - my level is 96 inches - I have a room on this level that has higher walls - I have a room that has the normal 96 inch walls. It is not adjacent to the taller room. All walls surrounding it are 96 - yet, the ceiling gets these triangles that go from a corner to the floor. I think that the ceiling should be rendered based on the height of the walls surrounding it, and nothing else. However, it seems that those taller walls are messing with it. I know I can just hide the ceiling, but I am wondering if there is any way to fix it #o it works as it should. Thanks! |

Re: Random triangles in ceiling - error in rendering I think that the ceiling should be rendered based on the height of the walls surrounding it, and nothing else. Be sure to move or remove the corners close to the taller walls. Another solution would be to unselect the Display ceiling option in the modification dialog box of the room where it happens, then manage the ceiling an other way with boxes or an upper level.---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
