Re: New Bedroom Looks great. It is just a shame about the lighting fixtures are not casting realistic shadows. I think this might be a limitation of how the lighting works in SH3D though. For example the bedside lights should cast fans of light up and down against the backboard, instead of evenly lighting the whole board. And I'm curious... 5 doors?!?!? Does it have separate his and hers walk ins and ensuites? |

Re: New Bedroom Indeed, there are 2 bathrooms (Mrs and Mrs) and two dressing rooms, and an entrance door. Yikes! Do you have such large areas in France? In the UK even a master bedroom in quite big houses will get a walk-in and an ensuite. Two of each is a lot. Do you intend to build this, or is this just daydreaming? |

Re: New BedroomWow! That looks a lot more realistic. It has darkened the room down quite a bit though. It could use a bit more indirect lighting (bounce light) to give it a bit lighter feel. Or is the overhead light fixture supposed to be on? If so, that would typically be a stronger light than the others. A small hint on the bedside lights which is personal preference. They usually have two bulbs in them, one each side. This makes the fan of light broader, i.e. \ | | /instead of \|/Last thing. Is the middle section of curtain/net meant to be a plastic sheet? The upper folds have a shine which makes me think of a plastic shower curtain. If it is supposed to be a fabric net, you should remove the shininess. |
