Overlaid Rooms i mention that i can find no information in User Manual simple question: how is the display order of the (floor) surface of different 'Rooms' determined when they overlap each other? |

Re: Overlaid Rooms Rooms are drawn in the order they were added. Note that it doesn't give the same result in the plan and in the 3D view. In the plan, a room is filled with a half transparent color or texture so you'll see other rooms below it (in the levels at the same elevation if any). In the 3D view, a room floor will cut room floors below it. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: Overlaid Rooms hmmm. noted. Rooms are drawn in the order they were added. *** latest on top? any wy to reorder (other than deleting and redoing)? can different Levels be used? Re: Overlaid Rooms Rooms are drawn in the order they were added. latest on top? any wy to reorder (other than deleting and redoing)? can different Levels be used?To reorder a room you have to cut-paste it. Only rooms in the levels at the same elevation are drawn (and it depends on which level you selected). In the 3D view, a room floor will cut room floors below it.
