Import From RoomScanLiDAR Levels Not Aligned Hello, I've used RoomScanLiDAR on my iPhone to create a floor plan of my house. I've exported the file to a Sweet Home 3D Plan. I'm running into an issue where the Entrance Floor and the 2nd floor do not align. I tried the rotate plug in but then realized that this rotates the entire plan and not each level individually. Can anyone help me align my first and second floor properly? I apologize if this issue has already been addressed. I've searched around and can't find anything to help me. Thank you! |

Re: Import From RoomScanLiDAR Levels Not Aligned If I understand you correctly you have a level that is rotated according to one or more other levels. If that is the case you can select everything (ctrl-A) on a level and use the rotate funtion that comes with the AdvancedEditing plugin. You can rotate with any arbritary angle and of course repeat it with all levels that need rotating. You might have to move everything too to get a correct line-up but that function is also available from the same plugin (main-menu icons are added after install of the plugin). Mind you, the rotate function rotates everything selected: furniture, walls, rooms, polylines, dimension lines, etc. Exactly what you need. ---------------------------------------- Dodecagon.nl 1300+ 3D models, manuals, and projects |
