Furniture not showing or incorrectly in 3D
New user and installed 7.2 Windows 64bits

I have a very basic room where I added 3 pieces in it. 2 of them are not visible in 3D and the other appears to be located at the wrong location.

Other operations seem to work, I can navigate the 3D and do all expected operations including virtual visit and all.

As suggested in one thread, I tried going to 32 bits, but then I get an error about the DirectX/OpenGL driver and I did make sure that I had the latest drivers.

Even tried downgrading to 7.1 with exact same results.

Re: Furniture not showing or incorrectly in 3D
I have a similar (if not the same) issue in the installed version only that started happening about two months ago. The online version does not present this issue:

A file won't show several walls and furniture in 3D
view. The missing furniture and walls sometimes show if the 3D view angle shows them above the horizon line, but their portion that are below the horizon line won't show. Some screenshots:

3D view from online version: https://ibb.co/fqTVNd0

Repro steps (I tested after each step and nothing solved the issue):
Restarted laptop
Rolled back my graphic card
Installed the latest graphic card update again

OS Windows 10 Enterprise
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12800H 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphic Cards Shows two:
Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
