Multicoloured walls and furniture Is there anyway to create a wall that has more than one colour? For example: a wall that contains only a row of tiles, or only a section that is tiled, or even a wall that has a striped border? I would also like to know how to create furniture that has more than one colour. For example: a white bath that is black on the outside. So far I am pretty impressed with this program - I found it easy to get started drawing my new house. I am just stuggling with moving around the 3D view and the colours. |

Re: Multicoloured walls and furniture There are different ways to create multi colored walls. The best way is probably the one described in the document How to create personalized textures for Sweet Home 3D. If you want to change the colors of the different parts of a piece of furniture, you should export that piece to OBJ format and edit it with AOI or Blender, then import it back to Sweet Home 3D. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
