As the description says in the link in my previous post, it copies the colour or texture you have set to an item to other items you have selected. For example it can copy the texture of the sink to the bathtub and the toilet. Let me know if it doesn't cover your questions |

Re: new plugin ready to use - duplicate style plugin What do you mean? If I understand correctly you double click to the item and select the radio button "Default colors and textures" and then do the duplicate style process. |

Re: new plugin ready to use - duplicate style plugin As it modifies the selection, your plug-in should handle undo/redo too with the UndoableEditSupport object returned by getUndoableEditSupport. Re: new plugin ready to use - duplicate style plugin Works very well, thanks. I wonder if it could be extended to "reverse" right and left face colours. That way it can be used as a fast way to give all "inner" walls of a room one colour. Or for giving a brick texture to all outer walls of a house -- and the inside coloured. Thanks. |

Hello maker, You are right it doesn't work for me either (Windows 7), so you could just report it as a bug (if not already). But either way when this is fixed the extension of the plug-in would be useless so I don't think I should extend it in that direction. I'm glad it works very well for you |

Re: new plugin ready to use - duplicate style plugin Actually, on thinking it over, I disagree with you on both points It would be awkward if I had a sloping wall (with a colour on one side) sloping the wrong way. And, if, using "Reverse Walls", it was flipped on both X and Y axes. Of course, it would be nice if "Reverse Walls" had the option of which axis to flip it in. Thanks anyway. It's nice seeing so many talented people writing plugins here. And even the base SH3D is getting more and more solid every time. |
