furniture library Hello: I imported a few furniture pieces, not a library. I modified them a little. I see these pieces in the top left box of the screen. How can I copy these pieces and give to a friend? thanks |

Re: furniture library Alexey, - In your design, select the model that you want to share with a friend. - Now do CTRL-C to copy it. - Start a new instance of SH3D - Copy your model in this new, empty SH3D with CTRL-V - Now, in the menu click 3D view --> Export to OBJ format - A new window opens, where you can choose a directory, and give the model a name - Two files are created: modelname.obj and modelname.mtl - Give both files to your friend - He/she can use the model after importing it with Furniture --> Import furniture If you want, you can compress the two files into a zip-file, which also can be directly imported the same way. Re: furniture library Thanks, Hansmex. It is a great solution but it looks like it works only for one piece of furniture. How do I give a friend 20 new items? How can i create a furniture library? |
