Furniture icons in plan_Top view not possible Hi everybody, I've recetly installed Sweet Home version 3.0 but I cannot display the furniture items properly. I just see squared icons. In "Preferences" window, the selection between Top View and Catalog icons is not possible; I just see it in grey color. I've already tried all the suggestion written in the FAQ (updated drivers and Java version - 1.6.0_22). I'm using a laptop FujitsuSiemens with Windows XP. I've also tried to run Sweet Home 3D with an older version of the Java 3D library, as suggested in the FAQ and this seems working but if I close it, I cannot run the software a second time. It symply doesn't start! I'm stack. What can I do? Thanks |

Re: Furniture icons in plan_Top view not possible If the DirectX solution didn't solve your problem (the older Java3D library solution should be used as a very last solution), I'm afraid I don't have any other solution to propose. If Top View is a preferences option, it's to let people use Sweet Home 3D nevertheless. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: Furniture icons in plan_Top view not possible Mita, 1 - You could consider installing Ubuntu on your computer. Using Wine 2 you could even run most Windows XP programs. 2 - Or, you could install Ubuntu side by side with Windows XP using Wubi, and run SH3D under Ubuntu, as I do.
