Re: Transparent (glass) furniture??
Some time ago I found out that there are some transparant material names. WIthout using the D-option, these are transparant. I use them when building all kinds of structures. The nice part is that you can change the colour of the object, but the transparant material will not change colour. So you can make a window, and give it any colour you want, without the glass becoming the same colour, or losing its transparency.

I uploaded the files so you can download them if you like. Here are the direct links:

Re: Transparent (glass) furniture??
Bonjour,

# Blender3D v249 OBJ File: GGL1.blend
# www.blender3d.org
mtllib GGL1.mtl
v 3.070711 2.010710 -2.150000
v 3.092388 1.978268 -2.150000
...
vn 0.831470 0.555570 0.000000
vn 0.831471 0.555569 0.000001
usemtl mintgrn
s off
f 33//1 1//1 2//1
f 34//2 18//2 17//2
...
v 3.499998 2.539997 -3.050000
v 3.500000 2.539995 -2.150000
v 3.499996 -6.460001 -2.150000
...
vn 1.000000 0.000000 -0.000002
vn 1.000000 -0.000000 0.000003
usemtl ltbrown
s off
f 89//35 92//35 88//35
...
v 3.099998 1.339998 -2.650000
v 3.099998 -6.059999 -2.650000
v -3.099999 -6.059998 -2.650000
...
vn 1.000000 0.000000 -0.000014
vn 1.000000 -0.000000 0.000021
usemtl glasstransparent
s off
f 97//47 93//47 96//47

Cordialement
