Installer for 3.4 crashes under Windows 7 I downloaded SweetHome3D-3.4-windows.exe and when I run it under Windows 7 it always crashes with the following: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: SweetHome3D-3.4-windows.tmp Application Version: 51.52.0.0 Application Timestamp: 2a425e19 Fault Module Name: SweetHome3D-3.4-windows.tmp Fault Module Version: 51.52.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 2a425e19 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00007919 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 4105 Additional Information 1: c626 Additional Information 2: c626320bc3a807df6419fd9f438a9ab3 Additional Information 3: 7bc1 Additional Information 4: 7bc15be6a01fc529f0ca3b2f9c0d42bd Does anyone know what the problem might be? I can run the application using Web Start (although then I don't know how to install a plugin). Thank you. |

Re: Installer for 3.4 crashes under Windows 7 Thank you for the suggestion. I checked the length of my downloaded file and it is correct. Before downloading it again, it occurred to me to try 'Run as administrator' and it worked :-) I guess I should have tried that in the first place. |

Re: Installer for 3.4 crashes under Windows 7 I could install and run SH3D on my Windows 7 x64 perfectly.
