Roof with transparent material Dear, thanks for this spectacular software. Just a question: I need to made a roof (over patio)with wood structure and transparent (glass) roofing. How can I do it ? Thanks in advance. Maurizio |

Re: Roof with transparent material Dear Hans thx thx thx , the transparent box was perfect. But I've a little thing again..(sorry...): I need to put the wood structure (made from cube) and the trasp roofing, tilt down from wall to the garden. Can you help me ? Thanks Maurizio |

Re: Roof with transparent material Take a look at this tutorial: http://www.sweethome3d.com/slopingCeilingGuide.pdf In rough, you have to compose (or re-import) the object vertically, give the inclination as a rotation over Z axis (which is the only allowed in the plan editing), then export the rotated object and re-import it again rotating it so it's horizontal again. ---------------------------------------- If a long walk every day were healthy, mailmen would be immortal.  |

Re: Roof with transparent material Hans....I will be crazy :-( I'm not able to tilt the obj....ever and ever flat. I've read the tutorial but I'dont found the right tip. What can I do ? Thank in advance, I'm sorry for the "torture". Maurizio |
