Mirrored drawing I have a 2-D complete drawing that is finished. The thing is that I need to mirror¹ it and don't know how. Please how do I do this? ¹) upper right corner will end up as upper left corner after mirroring. |

Re: Mirrored drawing Well, if you don't need to make changes after mirroring, then you can do this: 1) install (if not installed) the "copy as new furniture" plugin 2) select everything in your design, then use the "copy as new furniture" option 3) open a new document and paste the copied desing, which will appear as a single object 4) edit the object and mark "mirrored shape" checkbox That's all. ---------------------------------------- If a long walk every day were healthy, mailmen would be immortal. ![]() |

Re: Mirrored drawing Rolf, Download and read the Plug-in Tutorial. (here) Download and install the Advanced Edit plug-in. Use that plug-in to mirror your design, in such a way that you can still edit it. Hans ---------------------------------------- Hans new website - under constuction hansdirkse.info |

I think it only rotates. ---------------------------------------- If a long walk every day were healthy, mailmen would be immortal. ![]() |

Re: Mirrored drawing No, it mirrors if you use a negative value for width or height. ![]() ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
