How can i add a picture or company logo to the wall ?
Hello,

i am new user Sweethome , this is very nice and easy program, i want to draw a office for me but i need add logo to reception desk and to wall with led light .

example : www.sweethome3d.com main page below 4th draw by Yuri Susanto make Schneider Electric logo

if anybody help me , i will be very happy :)

How about taking your logo and importing it as a texture on either the wall or the reception desk?

There is a red light source in the default furniture set.

Take the BOX (from furniture), insert, double-click, change size and elevation, modify materials and texture of (for instance) the front of the BOX and drag-and-drop an image file with your logo. Scale the logo to the same size as the BOX, and voilÃ ...

Note - preferably use a small image file with your logo and pay attention to the scaling.

still problem.

i try to drag and drop , picture should be gone somewhere but there is not any logo or picture on the wall
i just want to text logo on the wall that s all but how

turkishwind, there's no drag and drop for this.
1. Add a plain box to your plan
2. Resize it at your logo size with a very small depth
3. Double click on the box and click on the Texture button in furniture modification pane
4. Click on Import in the texture choice pane and choose the file of your logo

My description was inaccurate - sorry. (But once you've opened the "modify textures - texture editor" you can drag drop the image file into the dialogue... - which is very cool).
