strange lighting with new model Hi Made this new fancy kitchen cabinet today, but getting some strange lighting problems with photo, wondering if anyone has had this before its got to be something to do with the model as others are showing ok. 1st pic everything showing ok 2nd pic strange draw has changed colour 3rd pic changed again any ideas from experienced modellers would be appreciated ![]() |

Re: strange lighting with new model This is a known problem, most often occuring with models from Sketchup. The colour or texture is applied to only one side of the front face, and SH3D can't decide which side to use. One time it uses the coloured/textured side, next time it uses the side without colour/texture. You can avoid this problem by applying textures to both sides. When exporting from Sketchup, make sure check the box of Export Two-sided Face.
