confused   Windows freeze after add some furniture
Hi,

I'm having problems too: in my PC, Intel Core i5, 4 Gb RAM, Windows 7 64 bits, ATI Radeon HD3850, when I'm adding some elements like furniture, when I'm adding the third or fourth, Windows freeze! I have to manually restart my PC, it happens every time. Any idea? Any log to see what happen?

Thanks!

Re: Windows freeze after add some furniture
Sorry, can't help you.
I'm using Ubuntu for close to 10 yrs and will never ever switch back to Windows

Suggestions:
- Try updating your video drivers.
- Read the FAQ.

Re: Windows freeze after add some furniture
I suggest:
1.Go to C:\Users\Username \AppData\Roaming\eTeks\ and rename the folder "Sweet Home 3D" to "Org_Sweet Home 3D" then launch the SweetHome3D application and try to add models. If it does not crashes then the problem is any of your imported furniture model is too big or buggy.(Rename folder back to load your old preference and models).
2.If it still crashes then update ATI driver.
3.Re-download and re-install SH3D.
4.Try Java web start(Requires Java runtime latest) instead of installer. shhh

I don't think that renaming internal folders of Sweet Home 3D will change anything. Just try to update the driver of your video card, nothing else.
