modify furniture catalog Hi guys!!! I want to modify the furniture catalog so I can add like children furnitures to a furniture that is already there. I'll be waiting for your answers, thanks!!! |

Re: modify furniture catalog Just for the record, you can add models (and check the Add to catalog box to add the model permanently). For more elaborate stuff: did you try the Furniture Library Editor available from the download page? To submit models for others to use, there is the SourceForge resource. ok |

Re: modify furniture catalog I am afraid I probably do not understand what you mean by sub-furniture. If you mean the furniture catalogue (top left pane), you can add your own catalogue category when importing furniture (Add to catalog and enter your own category and own name). The furniture catalogue can be sorted (see Preferences - Furniture catalogue view), so a "subcategory" is really a matter of using names and category names that place the desired objects together. This is all possible in SH3D (but category and object names can also be edited with the Furniture Library Editor - but you don't need that to sort cleverly). If you mean furniture in your model (bottom left pane), the list can be sorted by different columns and you you can use groups, (improved in version 5.0). But maybe I misunderstand. ok |
