Error opening sh3d file Hello, I just purchased the software and created my first plan layout. This morning i opened the file to view, then saved and closed the application. Since i'm not able to re open the source file. File size is showing as Zeo bytes. Please advise. Thank you! |

Re: Error opening sh3d file Sorry but if the file length is 0, don't hope anything from it. On what system do you work? Did you try to save an other file? Do you remember anything that you could have done that didn't work? Did you get at least a message saying that your file couldn't be saved correctly? ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: Error opening sh3d file Thanks for the prompt feedback. I work on a Mac Book Pro. The last two steps i did before closing file this morning are: Command S Command Q Then i closed my Mac Book. When i reached office file is showing as Zero bytes file size and giving me an error message: Can't Open Home |

Re: Error opening sh3d file I never heard of such a case where the saved file is empty and no error was displayed! Very strange... Can you try to create an other file, even a very simple one? ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: Error opening sh3d file I already did. Actually it's a layout i'm doing for a client.. so i had to re do the whole layout again. Anyway i guess, i did a File> Save and quit the app and closed my laptop very fast... probably this cause the problem. |
