You really make a lot of the odd 70 mÂ². What I am curious about though, is that the inside images appear to show a flat ceiling, while the roof seems to have an interesting asymmetric shape. Is there a loft, or do you plan to use the top of the roof for windows (or something) to increase the sense of volume in the room? ok

I don't think, the height is not important enough.
Perhaps little Windows but with a flat ceiling ???

By my calculations on the photo the little wall between the two roofs is barely 90 cm high.
Just right for a small attic...

no okh am not gonna use the loft for additional space its to low .lol i am 1.97cm tall biggrin

only for air ducts "its real hot in the dutch Cariban' and Electrical Supplies, I want toe put the electric above the ceiling ,

in the first post i mention The shed I cone build here some Interior shots

simple but functional

it was a chose building "cheeper" a shed or baying 40ft container

I like electric and water plans. smile

Why not put the toilet in the laundry with a small partition wall and a small window just behind the kitchen door ?

The bathroom will be larger and quieter, no ?

A small window for (natural light) and ventilation is better. laughing

In the next project i cone build bigger house two stories and a loft i cone build it close to the small house, but i have to move so Inspired by the shed i put some wheels under it , lol a wagon shed

Its almost complete , but i can't design a Dolly

in the picture below a example
