How to make sunlight from outside shine through window? Hello, on Youtube I watched a tutorial where the sunlight from outside shines through the Windows causing a reflection on the room ground. However, I can't seem to get this added to my Scene even though the renderer is configured to render best quality with no ceiling light at a datetime of "2016-06-17T12:00:00". The Windows are located at west side and should let the light pass through, but no light gets in. How to set this up properly? |

Re: How to make sunlight from outside shine through window? The reason you get no immediate response may be that there could be several different reasons. If you share your model it might be easier to give you an answer. Off-the-cuff, however, if the windows are facing due west and the time is noon, the sunlight should run approximately parallel with the windows and it would be understandable that little sunlight entered through the windows. Maybe you could try an evening rendering or a Sunlight simulation ... ok |
